ECS announces its “How do you LIVA?” Short Film Contest
In 90 seconds share the impact of LIVA X in everyday life
2 March, 2015, Taipei, Taiwan - Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) today announces its first ever worldwide “How do you LIVA” short film contest and hopes to ignite the skill and creativity of the world’s best video shooting producers. Can you get creative with just a 90 second video? Starting on March 2, 2015, ECS is searching for the most creative person of the year. By using video, show us your creative ideas on how LIVA X can make life better. Share the impact of LIVA X in everyday life. Up to NTD$ 400,000 of total cash prizes are waiting for you. The Grand Prize winner will win NT$150,000 and the finalists will be invited to participate in Computex 2015 in Taiwan! How to enter:
1.Participants:
(1) Open to all individuals 18 and older
(2) Individual or team participation is accepted (no limit in group size and multiple entries are permitted).
(3) No purchase necessary.
2. Contest Stages:
(1) Preliminary Stage (March 2nd ~ April 17th) – Creative Script: In the form of a creative script, describe how LIVA X creates infinite amounts of life-improving possibilities.
(2) Final Stage (April 27th ~ May 19th) – 90 second short film: ECS provides (1) LIVA X (Worth NT 6,500) to 15 qualified contestants to complete a 90 second creative video.
(3) Online Voting (May 25th ~ June 2nd) – Most popular film: Among the finalists, online users will vote for their favorite video.
For participating in the online voting, individuals will get an opportunity to win an ECS Wireless Golden Mouse and a Kinlooh Anderson briefcase.
(4) Award Ceremony (June 4th)-2015 Computex: Booth: L0410, TWTC NangGang Exhibition Hall, Upper Level Exhibition Hall Plan (4F)
How the entries are judged:
1. Preliminary: Creative & Design Concept: (40%), Story Board: (40%), In line with the theme: (20%)
2. Final: Creative & Design Concept: (40%), Video Shooting & Editing: (40%), In line with the theme: (20%)

Silver Award: NTD$70,000 + Trophy + Certificate (1 team)

Preliminary:
Participant needs to provide script or storyboard and tell us their ideas on how LIVA X can make life better, share the impact of LIVA in everyday life.
Document submission: (1) Entry Information Form (PDF or Microsoft WORD Format) (2) Story Board Form (PDF or Microsoft WORD Format)
Participant needs to send their entry to ECS by April 17th, 2015.
Final:
ECS will send LIVA X to the finalist participants. The finalist participants need to complete a 90 second creative video based on the previous submitted story board. Participants need to complete the video during April 24th, 2015 ~ May 19th, 2015
